Today, July 3, 2025, PMI unveiled a new national ad campaign. I wanted to share news of a new initiative launching today from Philip Morris International’s U.S. businesses (PMI U.S.) called “Invested in America.” This campaign highlights PMI U.S.’s growing contributions to American communities through job creation, manufacturing investment, public health innovation, and corporate citizenship.
The campaign centers on four key pillars:
America’s Manufacturing Comeback – Over $800 million committed to expanding U.S. manufacturing for smoke-free products.
Advancing Public Health – Helping the ~30 million U.S. adults who smoke transition to better, FDA-authorized alternatives.
Strengthening Communities – $25 million contributed to charitable causes since 2022, supporting veterans, disaster relief, and economic empowerment.
Purpose-Driven Performance – Backed by $14+ billion in global investment in smoke-free innovation since 2008.
This effort reflects PMI U.S.’s long-term commitment to responsible business leadership and meaningful investment in the future of America.
